These were some "Valentine Chocolate Truffles" I made for Ryan. They are actually cake balls, did I fool you? I got the idea from Bakerella, and you can find the original recipe here. She has so many creative ideas for cakes and cupcakes, who knew a cake ball could be transformed into so many different delicious treats?!
I'm actually spending Valentines Day alone since Ryan is in Australia and my parents are in Florida. We celebrated last weekend with Dinner at Leo's downtown GR and then went to the auto show, where I found my new ride!! Please watch out for me on the road, because if I get hit I will probably splatter like a bug hitting a windshield!! :)
