A few weekend ago I had a girls weekend with my college roommates (I feel so old saying that) in Chicago. Rachael lives in Holland now, so we both stayed at Claire's apartment. We did all of our Chicago favorites...went shopping, DOC Wine Bar, happy hour, Einstein bagels, and of course tried a new restaurant Uncommon Ground. It was delish to say the least, everything is local and organic!

I made the chipotle slaw at home, here's the recipe
1 package cole slaw mix
1/2 C. mayo
1 chipotle in adobo sauce minced - I added a bit of the sauce too
1 tsp. lime juice
This is a great summer side, I think it would go great with a pork bbq, fish tacos,grilled chicken....you decide!
